Vine, Carl : String Quartet No. 3

Unfolding over three alluring movements, Carl Vine’s String Quartet No. 3 was commissioned by the Smith Quartet and first performed by them at the 1994 Brighton Arts Festival. The 14-minute work ends with demonic moto perpetuo finale.
