We aim to dispatch all items within one working day if in stock but please be patient during busy periods. Please note that price and availability information are subject to change without notice.  Please note that we do not keep all products listed on this website in stock all of the time.

The Progress of your Order

Having placed your order, you will receive emails confirming that it was received by us, and also when your order was dispatched.

Availability

We cannot guarantee that all items are in stock all the time. Music is classified under the following headings:

  • In Print
  • In preparation
  • Reprinting
  • Out of print

Be aware that it is possible that items marked as "In Print" may actually have become "Out of Print" for example. We work very hard to keep this sort of information up-to-date but we cannot always guarantee complete accuracy.

Backorders

If you order an item from us that is not in stock, the item will be placed on backorder and sent on to you as soon as it is back in stock. We will keep you informed.

If an out of stock item becomes particularly difficult to obtain, we will keep you informed at intervals via email and keep trying to obtain the item unless you ask us to cancel the backorder. If we discover that a title on backorder is Reprinting or has become Out of Print we will let you know. If you no longer require an item that has been on backorder for some time, simply let us know and we will cancel it.

Exchange/Refund

We offer a very specialist service to musicians. Products are only offered on a "firm sale" basis only, and certainly NEVER "on approval". If you are in any doubt as to exactly what it is you require, then please ring our knowledgable staff who will be very happy to help you choose the correct music before ordering; For example, we can often advise you on different versions/editions of the same music.

If, however, you do have a genuine problem with your purchase once it has been received, under the Distance Selling Act you will be allowed to return the goods for up to 30 days after taking receipt of them. Please telephone and ask for a "Returns Number" and quote this clearly in a covering letter using our original packaging (if possible) to protect the goods. Please be aware that to receive a full credit/refund, returns MUST arrive with us in a good, re-sellable condition with a valid Returns Number. Postage and Packing charges for returns will be met by the customer unless goods are either dispatched (by us) in error or arrive damaged.

Ticket Sales Terms & Conditions

We are only able to offer refunds on tickets for performances which are sold out and only when we are guaranteed to resell them.
We will not take tickets back for resale on the day of the performance.
An administration fee of £2 will be charged per refund transaction.
